Chuck C., Chair opened meeting at 8:20 PM with a Moment of Silence and the Serenity Prayer.
Janell J., Sec read the meeting minutes from Oct 3. Motion to accept as read with one minor change. Minutes approved.
Ray H. gave the Treasurers Report:

Motion to accept Treas report, seconded and approved.
Old Business:
The first order of business was the election of officers to one year terms:

Also noted by proclamation were Ray H and Rick C as area DCM's. Bill D will ask Bill P if he would serve.
Ray noted that Shiawassee County is hosting Intra area next Sunday (Dec 7) at the VFW Hall in Corunna. Those attending the event, which begins at 8 AM, are asked to bring a passing dish.
New Business
Bill D asked if anyone would be interested in being the mail contact for the District. Rick C said he would take over.
Ray H noted that it's also time for someone else to man the District hotline and Joe offered to take over.
Having no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:13 PM with the Lords Prayer.
The next meeting is scheduled for 6:30 Pm Tuesday , Feb 3 at the United Methodist Church in Byron.
